Ross Tibbits, has been in the communications business for over 25 years. With an undergraduate degree in English Literature, Ross has used his interest in language to communicate in industries as varied as environmental management, personal technology, Insurance and yachting. In recent years he has taken a distinct interest in looking at small businesses and their approach to marketing. Often it takes an outsider’s perspective to see what those so close to the organization cannot see. This is where dynamic changes can be made to more clearly define a business’ brand image.
